Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Lead and oversee the company's land planning and landscape architecture projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
- Business Development Identify and market new business opportunities to expand client base and project portfolio.
- Planning & Design Expertise Apply extensive knowledge in zoning, due diligence, and the land development process to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Team Collaboration Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, managing staff and fostering a productive and creative environment.
- Project Management Guide projects across various types of developments, including commercial, multi-family, subdivisions, mixed-use, site plans, and urban design.
- A professional with 8-12 years of experience in land and site development, with expertise in commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and urban design projects.
- Strong graphic and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and visualize ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage staff, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.
- A deep understanding of zoning regulations, due diligence, and the overall planning process.
- Professional Landscape Architecture license with the State of Maryland is required.
