Compensation

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services
- Guide contractors and stakeholders to the best resolution on every work order
- Collaborate with internal team to drive company growth
- Travel to managed facilities to perform inspections and audits of vendors
- Proactively source contractors and service providers
- Dispatch work orders to the appropriate vendor
- Document notes and data into Protech’s software
- On a rotating schedule, be on-call for work orders
- 2 years of experience in maintenance operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong recruiting skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- US work authorization
- Must live locally to Charleston, SC
