Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Client Engagement & Milestone Celebrations
- Welcome new clients with personalized materials and branded gifts.
- Organize and execute milestone celebrations such as loan approval cakes, congratulatory calls, and closing gift baskets.
- Ensure post-closing engagement with thank-you letters, homeownership guides, and follow-ups for Google reviews.
- Create and post engaging content featuring client closings, events, and community activities.
- Collaborate with third-party editors to produce polished photo and video content.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and grow our online community.
- Plan and promote client appreciation events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.
- Oversee logistics and document events to showcase on social media.
- Use Tu Conoces CRM to automate reminders and track client progress.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- You’re a people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
- You have experience in Real Estate or Mortgage is a plus.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and have a flair for planning events.
- You’re bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred), connecting effortlessly with the Hispanic community.
- You have a creative eye for photography and videography, with basic editing skills or experience collaborating with editors.
