Full Job Description
We are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to sell heavy duty truck parts! You must be a team player and come to work every day with a positive mindset! This role would mainly be supporting our service technicians and occasionally the front parts counter. The hours for this position are from 12:00-9:00 p.m. to assist both of our shifts. This role is also eligible for a very competitive commission schedule, paid monthly!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Direct interaction with service technicians at the back parts counter, on the phone, and occasionally with customers
- Parts look up on a computer by truck s/n or VIN number
- Create invoices on a computer-based system
- Perform core inspection and return credits
- Process payment methods of cash, checks and credit cards
- Work with other parts individuals to ensure you get the customers what they need so they can minimize downtime
Requirements:
- Driver’s License
- Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work Saturdays on a rotational basis
- Must be able to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working a parts counter
- Previous experience selling Heavy Duty truck parts

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift Noon-9:00 p.m.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends on a rotational basis

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
