What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at WKS Restaurant Corporation?
Position Summary :
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Construction Management team.
- Manage RFPs (requests for proposals) and the bidding process, outgoing / incoming documents, change orders, schedules, RFIs (request for information),etc.
- Working with Operations and Project Management, develop scopes of work for projects
- Preparation of proposals and contracts
- Submit plans, apply for and pull permits
- Ensure all project documents are documented and filed on a timely basis
- Track and report project schedules providing updates to management team
- Secure quotes and place orders for owner-furnished items
- Some hands-on work may be required.
- Coordination and supervision of owner-installed items
- Perform periodic on-site reviews of projects, punch list walks, etc.
