What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations / LNHA position at WLC Management Firm, LLC?
Our company is growing, and we are adding an additional Director of Operations! This individual must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with experience in long term care settings.
This position requires an individual who has an extensive knowledge of State and Federal Regulations in a skilled nursing facility. Responsible for working directly with Facility Administrators in regards to budgets, expenditures, accounts receivables, physical plant, etc. Successful candidate must also be detail oriented and a self starter!
As a Director of Operations, travel between our skilled nursing and assisted living communities is required. WLC Management, LLC will provide you with a vehicle. We currently own/operate facilities in Southern Illinois that are located in Bond County, Clark County, Franklin County, Madison County, Perry County, Saline County and Wabash County. We have brought a new campus on line that is located in Macon County / Central Illinois. Regions will be split between 2 Directors of Operations.
