Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse and Inventory Manager, you will:

• Develop and organize daily routes for efficient distribution and inventory management.
• Oversee daily activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of materials.
• Work with the Warehouse Team to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure material availability.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead and train a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Ensure stone materials are stored and handled properly to maintain quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of warehouse experience
• At least 1 year of team supervision or management experience.
• Class B license required; CDL license preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Smartsheets highly desired.
• Thorough knowledge of safety requirements for slab handling.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and build cooperative relationships.
