Immediate opening available for a Landscape Team Member.
Tired of being stuck inside at the same job, day after day? Do you enjoy working outdoors -independently from time to time?
Qualifications: Looking for individuals who love to be outdoors, love to get exercise and earn while you learn. We are a small company who install creative landscapes and maintain properties. This position requires a great work ethic and a desire to learn. Creative and experienced woodworkers/carpenters/artists encouraged to apply.
Other requirements- Driver's license and your own transportation to get you to and from various job sites. Cell phone.
This is a full or part time position, 28 to 40 hours per week -weather permitting.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, trimming shrubs, edging beds and mulching, leaf removal.
- Assist in landscape construction projects: excavating, grading, utilizing hand tools and equipment. Installation of patios, walls, walkways - decks and fences.
- Support tree and shrub care and gardening activities as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on construction sites.
- Possess a valid driver's license for transportation to various job sites.
-Ability to lift heavy objects 50 plus pounds.
