Landscape Laborer

Position Overview:

Division Street Outdoor Contracting is seeking a dedicated and motivated

Landscaping Laborer to join our dynamic team. This is more than just a job—it’s

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning,

sod installation, and debris removal.

• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers,

trimmers, blowers, and power tools.

• Ensure work sites are clean and safe, adhering to company and industry

safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to execute project plans and meet client

expectations.

• Provide input and ideas to improve efficiency, processes, and project

outcomes.

• Represent Division Street Outdoor Contracting in a professional and

positive manner to clients and the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not

required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform

physically demanding tasks.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team-player mindset is

essential.

• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
