IMA Life is looking for energetic people with good work ethic to fill the Accounts Payable Specialist position.
Pay Range: $47,840 - $54,000
- Review and process invoices, expense reports, and purchasing card transactions; reflecting all costs accurately in the general ledger.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to solve inventory, receipt, and purchase questions timely payment.
- Responsible for accurate annual printing and distribution of vendor 1099s.
- Assist with monthly journal entry requirements.
- Support the processing and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial statements/reports.
- Reconcile the third parties’ advance payments related to materials purchased.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Accounting / Finance Associates degree preferred with 8 years equivalent accounting experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
