Job Responsibilities
- Track district usage for various Technology services through excel worksheets and wincap
- Request service adjustments for various Technology services and review budget
- Process service adjustments and billing for various departments in Technology
- Process second year costs per Account Advisors
- Create and process budget amendments as necessary
- Track processing of all billing and budget amendments
- Invoice internal divisions for Internal Charges
- Track expenditures for grants and process invoice to the state
- Reconcile revenue reports
- Process vendor billing
