Job Description :
The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library (B&ECPL) is seeking a highly motivated, mission-focused and experienced professional to assume the pivotal role of the Library’s Chief Operating Officer. This position is responsible for all high level administration of internal operations and may include, but is not limited to : facilities, security, human resources, and information technology.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
A) Master's degree and five (5) years of library administrative experience or five (5) years of administrative experience in government or non-profit organizations, or : B) Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of library administrative experience or six (6) years of administrative experience in government or non-profit organizations, or : C) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B).
