About the Role
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to support our Director of Brand and Communications as well as our broader marketing, product marketing, and customer experience (CX) teams. This role is essential to ensure consistency and excellence in design across Wodify's growth initiatives. The Designer will create engaging and high-quality visuals that elevate our brand's impact and drive ROI. This role requires an independent thinker with exceptional design skills who can execute projects with minimal oversight.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Support : Collaborate with the Director of Brand and Communications, the Product Marketing team, CX, and Growth teams to deliver high-quality designs for web, email, event collateral, and customer-facing materials.Creative Execution : Execute creative briefs with minimal oversight, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outputs.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, CX, and Growth, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns, events, and other touchpoints.Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with Wodify's brand standards and tone, maintaining visual consistency across all channels.2D Design & Video Editing : Create 2D graphics and edit video content, including screenshots and product demonstrations, to support marketing and product initiatives.Landing Page Design : Design visually compelling landing pages that drive conversions and align with campaign goals.Problem Solving & Initiative : Take initiative to identify opportunities for creative improvement, bringing new ideas to elevate Wodify's design strategy.File Management & Organization : Maintain clear and organized design files for team accessibility.Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in B2B SaaS or similar industries.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.Video Editing Skills : Experience with video editing software to create and edit screen recordings, video clips, and product demos.Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including web design, email design, 2D design, video editing, and landing page creation.Independence : Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects without extensive oversight.Speed & Quality Balance : Ability to balance the need for speed on quick marketing campaigns with the precision required for web, email, and event designs.Problem-Solving Mindset : Proactive problem solver who looks for opportunities to add value and drive better outcomes.Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect execution of all deliverables.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Evaluation & Metrics for Success

Vetting ProcessPortfolio Review : Review of past projects and relevant design work.Trial Project : Design project to evaluate performance, creativity, and independence.Reference Check : Contact past employers or clients to verify quality, reliability, and communication.Onboarding & Evaluation : 90-day performance review with structured feedback and check-ins.
