As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and quality within our operations. You will collaborate closely with team leaders and quality teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet output targets. Additionally, you will utilize proprietary tools to perform data structuring and standardization tasks, attend meetings, and develop learning/training materials.
The ideal candidate should possess leadership experience in operations, preferably with a team size of 15 or more direct reports. Proficiency in both English and German languages is highly desirable. A proactive, curious, and driven individual with interest in working in a fast-paced environment is required for this role.
