What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing position at Wold Architects Inc?
Wold Architects and Engineers seeks a motivated person with strong problem solving, editing, and design abilities to work within our Marketing Team. This collaborative position involves implementing our brand identity through strategic, client-focused publications and promotional materials and support of new business growth and current client retention.
The Marketing Coordinator will:
- Collaborate with firm Partners on development and production of proposals and other marketing materials
- Create and maintain marketing materials, data information systems, tracking systems and records
- Coordinate tradeshow events and design collateral
- Provide editing and writing support for marketing materials
- Perform research on prospective clients, market sectors, and market trends
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive firm success
- Update website information
- Opportunities to take marketing photos
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graphic ability and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- The desire to work with people at all levels and be a team player
- Excellent time management skills and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with an aptitude for organization and multi-tasking
- Strong writing and/or technical editing skills
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1-3 years related experience or internship
- Working knowledge of marketing proposal process (preferred)
