Our Wolf Data Solutions division, including InsightOut, specializes in helping organizations transform their data into actionable insights through our end-to-end data management and analytics platform.
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee data-driven projects and InsightOut deployments. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and experience managing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) projects, data engineers and software developers. Responsibilities
Project Management & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end project management of InsightOut and other data-focused implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and refine implementation methodologies, ensuring efficient and repeatable processes for deploying Enterprise Data
- Warehouses (EDW) and software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (data engineers, developers, product managers) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors) to ensure seamless execution of technical projects.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a strong client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and translate them into detailed implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, implementation roadmaps, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for project execution, leveraging Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.
