Traffic Control Supervisor

Position:
The position of Traffic Control Supervisor involves overseeing a team of traffic control flaggers across Michigan and Ohio.
Location:
Barnesville or Hillsboro, OH with occasional travel to Michigan
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leads daily Traffic Control technicians, including scheduling, communicating plans and follow-up
- In charge of assuring safety on the job site and all employees follow PPE & safety requirements
- Delivers daily toolbox talks, tailboard meetings, and safety training as it relates to the job
- Assure timesheets are completed daily
- Operates company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job site, flagging duties as needed in accordance with ATSSA and company policy
- Work closely with clients to understand the project needs related to traffic control and safety
- Train flaggers to ensure compliance with company standards and worksite safety
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

· Valid Drivers license with good MVR score

· Must be alert and aware of surroundings at all times
· Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
· Must be able to pass a drug screen
· Previous management or supervisory experience
· Open to travel across work sites
