We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team! As a key member of our customer service department, you will be the face of our company to our customers, providing them with top-notch support and helping to resolve any issues or inquiries they may have. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns and providing resolutions.
- Update and manage customer records and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain information and provide guidance.
