DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, correct labeling, and storing deliveries.
- Responsible for stocking/replenishment of the Concession stands and Gift Shops.
- Picks and moves inventory to fulfill stocking requests or established par levels.
- Responsible for the care, cleaning, and maintenance of all storage facilities.
- Assist with the physical inventory of all storage facilities.
- Ensure equipment including, but not limited to grills, fryers, hoods, ovens, floor mats, soft serve ice cream machines, etc. is properly cleaned and functioning.
- Assist with basic daily food prep activities such as thawing food, salad station prep, quality checks of existing food product, etc.
- Other light maintenance and custodial duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Will be responsible for a company vehicle so must have a clean driving record clear of all moving violations including speeding tickets.
- Must be able to work daytime hours including weekends.
- Must be comfortable working in a hot/humid environment.
