Duties And Responsibilities
- In coordination with Wolf Trap Foundation Production Managers:
- Assist in advancing production elements of touring Artists.
- Distribute show documents to department heads.
- Generate and distribute daily schedules.
- Generate and distribute crew call schedules.
- Maintain production databases and production show files.
- Compile information for, and attend, weekly production meetings.
- Provide stage coverage as directed by Wolf Trap Foundation Production Managers.
- Coordinate rentals with vendor representatives in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide support for all auxiliary activities, including but not limited to:
- VIP Programs.
- Artist Meet and Greets.
- Wolf Trap Foundation’s onsite activations.
- Provide administrative support to Wolf Trap Foundation Staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years’ experience in live performance, music venue, and/or touring positions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Calendar Management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in all types of weather, and outdoors.
- Ability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Must be able to read stage plots, lighting plots, and audio input lists.
- Must be available 40-50 hours a week from May-September.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
