Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling efforts.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to align on strategies and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in home renovations sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Experience with outbound calling and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
