Wolf is building the future of flexible work. Our SaaS platform powers the next generation of staffing companies by helping them launch their own on-demand labor marketplaces. From branded mobile apps to powerful recruiter tools, we enable staffing firms to scale, differentiate, and thrive.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the pack. You’ll help shape how staffing companies discover, learn about, and engage with Wolf. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that blends content, campaigns, and events — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to own meaningful projects from day one.
What you’ll do
• Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and paid advertising
• Write and edit educational content such as blog posts, white papers, one-pagers, and landing pages tailored to staffing companies
• Manage relationships with external agencies for SEO, performance marketing, and creative support
• Coordinate Wolf’s presence at industry events and conferences — from logistics to pre/post-show outreach
• Maintain and update Wolf’s website content and resource library
• Support lead generation and customer education initiatives with crisp, clear, compelling content
• Track performance of campaigns and report results with a focus on learning and iteration
Who you are
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
• Strong writer and communicator — you know how to tell a story that resonates
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other performance channels
• Comfortable managing agency partners and getting the most out of them
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Experience with event planning or conference coordination is a big plus
• Bonus: Familiarity with staffing, marketplaces, or HR tech
Why Wolf
• We’re not just building software — we’re helping reshape how people find and do work
• Fast-moving, low-ego team with room to grow and lead
• Competitive salary, health benefits, and meaningful equity
