Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Perform laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, and other disciplines
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in test results
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and protocols
• Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and instruments
• Analyze and interpret test results, identifying abnormalities or inconsistencies
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of test results
• Collect and process biological specimens according to established protocols
• Document all test results and procedures accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Contribute to the laboratory's continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and train new laboratory personnel as required
