Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Perform laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, and other disciplines
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in test results
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
- Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and protocols
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and instruments
- Analyze and interpret test results, identifying abnormalities or inconsistencies
- Perform quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of test results
- Collect and process biological specimens according to established protocols
- Document all test results and procedures accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Contribute to the laboratory's continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and train new laboratory personnel as required
