Radiology Technologist – Full-Time – $25,000 Sign-On Bonus!
We are hiring Radiology Technologists for full-time positions in Miami and Boca Raton! Join our team and enjoy a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
📍 Locations & Schedules:
- Miami – Express Care | 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM (Full-Time)
- Boca Raton | Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Full-Time)
- Boca Raton | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, No Weekends!)
💰 Sign-On Bonus: $25,000!
⏳ Schedule: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
- Prepare and position patients for radiologic procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and document procedures accurately
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of new imaging techniques and procedures
- Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout their imaging experience
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in radiologic technology
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the radiology department
Qualifications
Requirements:
✔ Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program
✔ ARRT Certification (R)
✔ Florida State Licensure
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
✔ Proficiency in various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
✔ Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
✔ Excellent patient care skills and ability to work with diverse populations
✔ Proficient in using RIS/PACS systems and other relevant software
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Physical ability to lift and position patients, push/pull equipment, and stand for extended periods
✔ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends (for Miami and one Boca Raton position)
✔ Experience in a clinical or urgent care setting preferred
✔ Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
