Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County, Ballwin, MO, located at 14700 Manchester Road, Ballwin, MO, 63011 is hiring Automotive Technicians to work in our busy service department! We are seeking technicians with verifiable references. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
We are hiring Full-Time (with benefits)
Toyota experience is a plus but not required. We offer a five-day workweek, ongoing training, and plenty of work to go around. We also offer a hiring bonus. We will also pay to move your toolbox!
Minimum 3 years of Automotive Technician experience required.

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as an auto technician
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Fast, eager learner and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
