Position Summary
The Operations and Administrative Coordinator plays an integral role in cultivating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere while providing highly professional administrative support for Wolfe’s Neck Center staff. Reporting to the Managing Director of Finance and Operations, this role primarily supports the functions of the Finance and Operations team, which includes financial management, human resources, and operations. This role requires a high degree of customer service that interacts both with staff and with the general public, including the 40,000 annual visitors to our campus. A successful Operations and Administrative Coordinator will bring a keen attention to detail, a bias toward action, and a team-based orientation. This role requires strong communication, time management and multitasking skills.
\n- Provide overall administrative support for the general operations of the organization, including managing staff directories, Google workspace, ordering office supplies, opening and sorting mail, submitting facility maintenance requests, fielding general inquiries via phone calls and emails to ensure smooth office operations.
- Work with the Managing Director of Finance and Operations to provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting logistics and other tasks as needed for members of the executive team.
- Provide program-related software and technical support to teams by leading the back end administration of systems, including Peek Pro (Public Programs), Camp Minder (Farm Camp), Form Assembly, Camplife, and other platforms.
- Act as liaison between key contractual, operational support, including IT, hardware, and equipment (i.e., printers).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with software platforms and ability to learn various technology solutions
- Professional demeanor with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and CRM databases

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
