Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Lead / Tech to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, contributing directly to our mission of providing top-notch LED lighting solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in engineering, technical support, or production assembly role is preferred.
Experience in electrical wiring is essential.
Technical support whether directly or indirectly with customers
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
led lighting : 2 years (Required)
Wiring Diagrams : 2 years (Required)
Technical Support : 2 years (Required)
Electrical Wiring : 2 years (Required)
Production Assembly : 3 years (Required)
ISO 9001 : 2 years (Preferred)
Lean Manufacturing : 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Wiring Diagrams : create diagrams & assembly work instructions using Smart Draw or other software.

Sample Mockups : first time mockups of new potential assembly builds.

Bill of Material Creation : adding tested and approved BOM in NetSuite ERP system based on sample verification and testing.

Inspection : help with inspection of builds to ensure that lighting products are assembled according to quality and safety standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products.

Fabricate and assemble LED lighting products according to specifications.

Technical Support : assist sales & customer service support on questions regarding assembly and production items

Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Schedule & Pay

27-33 Per Hour

Monday- Friday

Shift 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Salary : $27 - $33
