Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Help with bussing tables during peak service times to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support catering events by ensuring all necessary items are cleaned and ready for service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
