If you're a highly skilled professional with at least 3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing diesel, gasoline, LPG, or natural gas-powered equipment, we want you on our team! This role is critical in ensuring our customers experience minimal downtime and receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair industrial engines and generator systems at customer locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Communicate with the Lead Engine Technician regarding complex service issues.
- Maintain detailed service records and submit paperwork daily.
- Stay current on technical training and certifications for the equipment we support.
- Foster positive customer relationships and identify sales opportunities when applicable.
- Always follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with generators and industrial engines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and diagnostics.
- Must own necessary tools as outlined in our recommended tool list.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work in various environmental conditions.
