As an Agile Product Delivery Head, you will be responsible for leading the product engineering team in delivering innovative cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing Agile teams, designing and implementing quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile teams in designing and delivering high-quality cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Architecture, and QA.
- Analyze and optimize effective cross-team product development initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality up-front initiatives to meet quality improvement goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product software engineering, preferably with Microsoft technology stack.
- Experience managing Agile teams, especially SCRUM teams.
- Strong technical background and deep understanding of cloud technologies.
