Key Responsibilities:

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize cross-team product development initiatives.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering degree, or relevant work experience.
- Agile Team Management: 7 years of experience managing Agile teams, particularly Scrum teams using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing cross-team product development initiatives.
