Join Our Team as a Senior Software Engineering Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products on time. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Team Leadership: Lead Agile teams, managers, architects, RTEs, and Scrum Masters to deliver multi-tier SaaS solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project plans, goals, and status are communicated effectively.
- Quality Initiatives: Design and implement quality up-front initiatives to meet quality improvement and process improvement goals.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering degree, or relevant work experience.
- Agile Team Management: 7 years of experience managing Agile teams, particularly Scrum teams using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing cross-team product development initiatives.
