MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Type: Full-time, on-site in downtown Grand Rapids
Target Salary: $16.00 - $18.00
Shift: 4–10-hour days, 1st or 2nd shift, Monday – Thursday or Tuesday - Friday

POSITION OVERVIEW
You will operate one or more machines to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. This dynamic position will allow you to be part of a production team that seeks to make a difference while exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating machines, have experience with measuring devices, have a superb attendance acumen, and problem-solving techniques that are second to none!
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a manufacturing industry, specifically in metal grinding.
- Experience with maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math and/or engineering skills.
- Ability to use problem solving tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret quality requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and interact with other department personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
