The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of digital marketing efforts for the Work Group brands through paid media; collaborates with Ecommerce team to ensure alignment across digital channels; drives results and support brand goals through digital means.

Primary Duties
- Implement comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple paid media platforms to support brand and product launches
- Collaborate with eCommerce teams to align on calendar and messaging, ensuring seamless integration across digital marketing efforts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Apply consumer insights and understanding to paid media strategies, audience segments, and creative development
- Work with content, design, and development teams to create engaging ad creatives
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on trends and changes in paid media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Explore emerging paid media channels and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2 years of footwear and/or digital marketing experience and social media savvy
- Strong appreciation for consumer insights
- MS Outlook, Excel, Windows, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
