Job description
Duties include: Busy office requires answering visitor inquiries about the company, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, sorting mail, answering incoming calls, and arranging appointments for guests to meet with company staff.
In addition, assist company with payroll, bookkeeping, receivables collection, coordinate between president and sales staff, set up meeting and teleconferences, meeting and assisting with a variety of other office tasks. Will be expected to perform multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, in addition to answering the phone.
Requires strong office (including typing) and technical skills (including Quickbooks) and being courteous at all times. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in real estate preferred. Must have good telephone etiquette and good people skills. Basic computer knowledge and skills. Ability to learn office software and website. Bilingual is preferred.
