What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Woman Owned Business?
I’m a female business owner looking for a personal assistant to help me stay organized and free up time for my business. Right now, I need someone once a week (Mondays preferred) for about 5 hours to handle personal errands and minor tasks that take up too much of my time.
Responsibilities include:
✔ Running errands (post office, grocery shopping, returns, etc.)
✔ Managing appointments (scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations)
✔ Answering and organizing emails and DMs
✔ Handling small personal and business-related tasks as needed
Pay: $25/hour to start, with potential for an increase after 3 months if everything goes well.
Growth Opportunities: While the role is currently focused on personal tasks, I love mentoring ambitious women and creating opportunities for growth. Over time, there will be chances to take on more business-related responsibilities as I get more organized.
