Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns
- Schedule appointments and update patient information in the system
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for medical services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
