Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse/Licensed Practice Nurse to join our fun-loving healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to Obstetrical and Gynecological patients. This role requires a strong commitment to patients well-being, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-noon
Responsibilities
- Phone triage is essential.
- Collect vital signs and room patients.
- Obtain surgical benefits/pre authorizations for surgical procedures.
- Administer medications and carry out providers orders as prescribed.
- Providing education regarding care and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license/LPN in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced medical office.
