Technical Training Lead

The Technical Training Lead will design, develop and deliver training programs for internal employees, third-party service providers and customers. The role will ensure stakeholders have the knowledge and competency required to install, commission and service battery energy storage systems (BESS). The Technical Training Lead will work with cross-functional teams and industry partners to ensure training content and curriculum is aligned with market best practices and is scalable for continued growth.
Software Engineer, Sr

The Software Engineer, Sr will be responsible for working with software architects on design specifications, reviewing software design specifications, writing code, guiding, supporting junior developers, reviewing code, writing unit tests, collaborating directly with customers at times and working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team. This person will be heavily involved in driving the Agile SDLC, including contributing constructively to planning, retrospectives and general team velocity.

The Commercial Offering Manager will help develop and position Powin’s commercial solutions. This role will develop analyses and tools that will contribute to Powin’s technical and commercial market intelligence, the definition and development of Powin’s suite of commercial offerings, and work with technical and commercial teams at Powin to ensure that these offerings are successful. The Commercial Offering Manager will ensure that Powin’s offering set is aligned with our view of where the BESS Market is heading, that its offering set addresses the most critical requirements and needs of Powin’s target markets, and that Powin’s future offerings leverage its current technical capabilities as well as next generation capabilities on Powin’s product roadmap.
