Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day management of our FICC Options business. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of trading operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The COO will drive large-scale initiatives, improve operational processes, and ensure the alignment of technology and business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute financial goals, capital planning, objectives and key results (OKRs) for the FICC Options business unit.
- Oversee the prioritization of technology projects, balance sheet management, and responses to operational risk incidents and trading / technology issues.
- Ensure the business unit complies with all relevant regulations and manage relationships with regulatory bodies, exchanges, and brokerage partners.
- Lead large-scale initiatives across Trading, Quantitative Research, Technology, and Operations / Finance teams.
- Restructure operational processes to enhance system and data accuracy, including fee and accrual management, cost management, and capital planning.
- Lead senior management communications, including annual strategic and financial plans, monthly financial updates, and operational risk issues.
- Create and lead operational risk management programs to identify and remediate control gaps.
