Description

Manage all aspects of general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
Oversee the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements and reports.
Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide technical accounting support and guidance on complex financial issues.
Develop forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.
Monitor debits and credits to maintain accurate accounts and prevent discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to governmental accounting standards where applicable.
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle department and Operations to enhance financial processes and reporting.

Requirements

Must have 3-5 years medical practice management experience

MBA preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Strong leadership skills

Expert at month end and year end close

Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial management.

Proficiency in using financial software

Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliation processes.

Experience with payroll management and compliance

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Ability to communicate effectively with both finance professionals and non-financial stakeholders.

Salary Description

90-$130 K

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
