This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Service Representative at our location in Kailua, HI. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, insurance verification, and utilizing medical terminology in a medical office setting.
- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience in Insurance Verification
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology
- Knowledge of Medical Office procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
