The Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. Kitchen Manager must be detail oriented, organized, decisive and able to work well under pressure. The Kitchen Manager follows the direction of their General Manager and Executive Culinary Team to lead and motivate staff utilizing Martha’s Book of Rules to uphold and promote the company’s mission and objectives. The Kitchen Manager will coach and train their staff to continuously elevate the market perception of Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc., as Radically Different and Radically Better; as the restaurant leader within the “Greater Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc market.”
