Wonder is a beautiful space where medical aesthetics are prioritized. At Wonder, a medical spa, we specialize in facial sculpting and anti-aging by providing the highest quality cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, including Botox/Xeomin, Filler, PRP, and PDO threading, RF Microneedling.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, greeting patients, booking treatments, processing paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
- Utilize your sales skills to promote our services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
- Manages a high patient volume and complex services, constantly monitoring daily patient flow to optimize patient encounters and the patient experience.
- Listens to and responds appropriately to patient complaints; this may require real-time service recovery with patients in the office or by phone.
- Makes sure that all exam rooms are operational and waiting rooms and non-clinical spaces are clean and functional.
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
- Create and post social media content regularly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical spa customer service role required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, scheduling software, and office equipment.
- Knowledge of the medical spa industry and services offered is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
