Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor working for a mortgage broker located in Westminster, CA. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing and underwriting mortgage loans on a day-to-day basis.
Salary : $20-30hr (depending on experience) bonus per file
Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills over 2 year
- Experience in Loan Processing, can process the loan from A-Z
- Knowledge of Loans
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Disclosure rules (we will train more)
- Experience in non-QM loans
- Experience with loan origination software (Arive)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus (not required)
Salary : $20 - $30
