About Us:
WonderPlay and Coffee is an indoor playground and café designed for families to connect and unwind. While children explore our jungle gym, imaginary play areas, and themed rooms, parents can relax and enjoy high-quality coffee and delicious bites in a warm, welcoming environment.
We are looking for an experienced Café Manager or Lead Barista to oversee daily operations, provide outstanding customer service, and help shape the café experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Service – Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests, including playground visitors.
- Prepare Specialty Coffee & Food – Craft high-quality espresso drinks and handle light food preparation.
- Manage Café Operations – Oversee daily opening, closing, and workflow to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with Ordering & Inventory – Help manage stock levels to keep the café running smoothly.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Safety – Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience as a barista and/or café manager.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage café operations, including inventory and ordering.
- Passion for coffee, community, and family-friendly spaces.
- Food handling certification (preferred but not required).
