Salary: $55,000 - 65,000/year performance-based incentives

About Us:

WonderPlay and Coffee is an indoor playground and café designed for families in Avondale. We offer memberships, birthday parties, art classes, and community events in a welcoming environment for both kids and parents.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, manage events, and build relationships with the local community. This role requires a strong leader with event planning, marketing, community engagement, and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and revenue.

• Market and manage birthday parties, classes, and special programs.

• Lead, train, and oversee staff to maintain excellent customer service.

• Plan fundraisers and community engagement initiatives.

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including financial oversight and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• 3 years in event planning, hospitality, retail, or family entertainment management.

• Experience in marketing, community outreach, and membership growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for creating a family-friendly, community-driven experience.
