- Train alongside our current Director to gain valuable insights and ensure a smooth transition.
- Oversee the quality of our programs, making learning an exciting adventure.
- Achieve enrollment goals by building strong relationships with families.
- Bring creative ideas to life in our classrooms.
- Ensure our center remains a secure and welcoming for all.
- Lead and support a fantastic group of educators.
- Maintain all regulatory and licensing standards to keep us shining bright.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
- PA Director’s Credential, required
- At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
- Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
- Outstanding relationship builder within community
- Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
- Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
- Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
