Bilingual Training Coordinator

Job Description

Wonton Food Inc., a leader in food manufacturing industry, is currently seeking Training Coordinator for mid shift for our facility in La Vergne, TN to carry out various tasks in our busy facility and production floor. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, handling raw materials and finished products and helping train new employees once completed training.

Production Worker roles

· Mixer

· Machine Operator

· Packer/Sealer

Production Worker responsibilities

· Train New Hires and New positions

- Assemble goods on production lines

· Monitor the production process

· Carry out basic quality and testing checks

· Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse

· Pack goods to be shipped

· Maintain work areas and equipment

· Other duties as assigned

Report any issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors.

Production Worker skills

· Experience in food industry or manufacturing

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong work ethic and organizational skills

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment

· Good degree of mechanical aptitude

Able to work on foot for extended periods of time

Shifts: Positions available for Day (1st), Evening (2nd)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Food Manufacturing Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
